Dr. Powers grew up in the Omaha area. The third generation of chiropractors in his family, Dr. Powers' fire for healing arts began at an early age as he saw first hand how chiropractic care improved the quality of people's lives. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and is a member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association and the American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Powers believes the benefits of chiropractic care have been overlooked by many other healthcare professionals.  He works to elevate chiropractic care to its rightful place in the health care continuum.

Dr. Powers knows you want to live life to the fullest and he does too.  His family life is busy with a wife, teenage daughter, and two dogs.  They enjoy being outdoors, play as often as possible, and love to boat, camp, kayak, and hike.  Dr. Powers has found an outlet for his competitive streak as a member of the Omaha Metro Classic Hockey League for the last four years.
